Method
Tip
Please note the sauce is runny. You can cook with the measuring cup out (place rice basket on the lid instead) or add some rice flour at the end. I don't bother because the sauce coats the rice beautifully.
While cooking rice you can steam some greens to serve as well.

How long should you cook step 2 for?
Hi, Can anyone help??
How long do I cook step 2??
2. Add Soy Sauce, Lemon Jucie, Teryaki sauce, Peanut Butter and Coconut milk and cook for 0 mins / 100C / speed 1
Hi, Thanks for this recipe. It was simple to make and adust slightly, according to ingredients I had in the cupboard. I didnt have any teriyaki sauce so I subbed with come cocnut amino's and a small amount of brown sugar. I used Babas curry powder.
I served it on a bed of mashed potato and steamed brocolli. It would also be nice with either naan bread or pappadums.
My husband and daughter are devouring it as I write this. Thanks again.
So easy and family friendly. Will definitely make this again
Delicious even my kids loved it ...Thank You
Not sure if this has been asked but the recipe says cook for 0 minutes after adding all the sauces? How long should they cook for (step before adding chicken) thanks!
Delicious recipe but a bit too much runny sauce. I added peas and added more curry powder which was quite nice
Had unexpected guests for tea at the last minute and whipped this up in less than 30mins. I added some steamed Asian greens and sprinkled roast peanuts on top. Very tasty and was a hit with everyone
A bit disapointed in this, way to salty ! Even after I added another tablespoon and a half of peanut butter all I can taste is soy and teriyaki sauce .
Yum! Best satay recipe i have found yet!
