I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place Brown Sugar, Castor Sugar, Vanilla and Butter into bowl.
"Closed lid" Speed 6 for about 30 seconds. Check, Scrape down sides and cream another 5 seconds or so if needed.
Add Egg and Stir Speed 4 for 3 seconds.
Add the rest of the ingredients "Closed lid" "Dough mode" for 15 seconds until a soft dough forms.
Drop dessertspoons full onto a lined baking tray and bake for about 16 minutes 160 or until done.
Preheat over to 160 Degrees.
Tip
I use a mix of whatever dried fruit I have, raisins are nice and chewy, but this would work well with diced dried apple, sultanas or currants as well.

Just made these to take to a friends house. I added dried apple and saltana, very yummy and taste like a little apple pie biscuit. I know they won't last long.they were super easy to make , Thanks for sharing
Delicious! I wanted something quick easy to whip up for the kids and a guest. These are so yummy and kept everyone's tummy's full. Trying my hardest not to eat them all before my husband gets to try one. Thinking i'll even make more tonight. Thank you .
