So yummy, didn't have weetbix so used cornflakes. Delicious
So light and delicious, they didn't last long! Used half the amount of sugar and still tasted great. Will be making again for sure.
These are delicious!!! The biggest problem I have now is keeping my husbands hands out of the cookie jar!
O M G How good are these? Melt in the mouth delicious, and even the cookie dough tasted amazing. Will be a regular in this house!
I used blueberries instead of sultanas and these were yummy.

Ran out of Flour... So used coconut flour & rice flour with a teaspoon of baking powder , added milk & an extra egg, to mix as coconut flour soakes up all the moisture... & cooked for 5 mins longer....

Tick of approval from hubby and kids, I think next time I will leave off the weetbix.
