Ingredients
Sweet Oatcakes
- 350 grams rolled oats
- 150 grams wholemeal flour
- 220 grams raw sugar
- 45 grams chopped dates
- 45 grams craisins (dried cranberries)
- 65 grams sunflower seeds
- 65 grams pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cinammon
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cardamon
- 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
- pinch Nutmeg
- 200 grams warm water
- 90 grams coconut oil or (EVOO)

Place all dry ingredients into TM bowl. Combine for 5 seconds / reverse / speed 4
Add water and oil and mix for 10 seconds / reverse / speed 5
Roll into balls or if your mixture is sticky, dollop onto lined baking trays
Bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees in a fan assisted oven. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Tip
These sweet oakcakes are a great lunch box filler. Whilst they satisfy a sweet tooth they are deliciously healthy little snacks. If you aren't a fan of dates or dried cranberries these can easily be replaced by the same weight of raisins, sultanas or other dried fruits.
