add everything else except fruit and beat 3mins /speed 4 you can use butterfly works without
top with fruit and cook for 12=15min at 190

Tip
i forgot to weigh will add later ,these are cakey if you get me 
delicious even few days later and you could use any fruit or top with butter icing

I didn't have fresh plums so used tinned and they turned out great
