Porridge ingredients

  • 1/4 cup --- Five Mixed rolled grains, Oats, Wheat, Barley, Rye, rice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons almonds
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Linseeds
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 5 dates, pitted
  • 1 apple (quatered)
  • 1 banana

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Add all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and mill 8-9 secs - speed 8.

    Scrape down sides of bowl and add 300ml either water or milk.

    (I use whey that has been strained from my Kefir Yoghurt)

    Cook for 9 mins- 90 degrees - speed 3.

    Serve with yoghurt or milk.

     

Tip

Other fruit can be added to serve such as Prunes or berries.
