  • 50 g parmesan, 1cm cubes
  • 130 g bread

    The Perfect Crumb
  1. Place garlic, rosemary and parmesan into TM bowl and chop 10 seconds speed 9.

    Add bread and chop a further 5 seconds speed 9.

    Use to crumb lamb, beef, chicken, fish, vegetables, pork, pretty much anything you want!!

    For step by step crumbing, get 3 plates or large dishes, one with flour, one with equal quantity egg/milk mixture, and one with your crumb.  Coat your food in that order, from flour, to egg wash, to crumb.  Then bake in oven 180 degrees until desired doneness.

    Extra crumb stores happily in the freezer and stays loose so you can use it whenever you wish!

  2. This recipe made crumbed this many cutlets with enough leftover for crumb 3 basa fillets of fish.

    Thanks for this terrific recipe! I adapted it a little for my very young boys, substituting flat leaf parsely instead of rosemary and I double dipped and double coated. Tonight's dinner was meat with handles (lovely little lamb cutlets). Both little boys thoroughly enjoyed them.... and Hubby declared "These are the most delicious lamb chops I've ever eaten".     Made this yesterday to crumb some chicken schnitzel but I used thyme from the garden instead of rosemary and it was the best schnitzel EVER! Thanks for the recipe!
