Comments
This recipe was quick and easy to make (apart from not being able to get hold of a choko - used zucchini instead). The recipes I've used it in for flavouring have tasted great.
Great receipe! Very handy to keep in the fridge, will use over and over again! Much better than store bought vegetable stock!
This should last for 6 months in the fridge but you can also freeze it.
If freezing, do so in tablespoons perhaps using ice cube trays, as most recipes call for 1 - 2 tablespoons.
I use my stock every day in all savory dishes. Makes soup really good.
Awesome! Love this recipe. Will use again and again - thankyou.
I have this cooking now and it smells so good. Thanks for the recipe. I was given some Chokos and had no idea what to do with them. Looking forward to using the stock concentrate in my cooking.
Hubby puts this on a steak when he cooks it, loves it!
Thank you
this is awesome and has been used all the time
Can you please tell me how long the recipe will last in the fridge? Also is it ok to freeze the stock for future use?
Thank you
