Recipe's preparation

    Cheese Mixture
  1. Add 50g Cheddar Cheese
  2. Add 10g Parmesan Cheese
  3. Add 1 pinch of dried garlic, dried onion and cracked black pepper. Turbo for 2 seconds. Set aside in a bowl
  4. Dough
  5. Add 135g Water
  6. Add Half Teaspoon Sugar
  7. Add 3/4 Teaspoon Instant Dried Yeast
  8. Add 250g flour
  9. Add 3/4 Teaspoon salt
  10. Add 10 grams olive oil
  11. Add Cheese Mixture that was put aside.

Mix together on Dough Mode for 5 minutes
  12. Remove from bowl once mixed & add to a floured Thermomat or board. Let rest (covered/wrapped up) for 30 minutes
  13. Knead dough on floured surface to remove air. Seperate into 8 equal portions. Roll into balls
  14. Roll out on floured surface with a rolling pin till the desired thickness. As this does have yeast in it, you will need to roll a bit thinner
  15. Pan fry in dry fry pan on medium heat on both sides till bubble/lightly browned
  16. Add to thermo server to keep warm, or keep covered with a tea towel until all cooked and ready to eat.

Doing this also allows wraps to sweat and ensure that they stay soft.

    TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    Recipe is created for
    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
