  • 250 g Gluten free self raising flour
  • 250 g Plain Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 g salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put the ingredients into bowl
  2. Using dough function, knead for 1 minute, scrape down, add 1T flour if too wet.
  3. Divide into 4, shape into a Flatbread on silicone mat. Can use a rolling pin, or just shape with hands.
  4. Fry in a med-hot pan, use oil for each side. Fry until golden.
