Ingredients
Fruit Loaf
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 50 g currants
- 50 g mixed fruit peel
- 50 g raisins
- 50 g dates, pitted
- 500 g Plain flour wholemeal or substitute
- 500 g lukewarm water
- 2 sachet yeast or 20g fresh yeast
- 1 pinch salt

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Lightly oil a loaf tin (20cm).
Place dried fruit and spices into the bowl and chop for 8 sec on speed 5. This should make consistant small pieces out of the dates and dried fruit. If you want various sizes, only place the cloves and dates in the bowl and chop for less time.
Place all other ingredents into the bowl and knead for 2 1/2 minutes. Closed lid, dough mode.
Place the dough into a loaf tin and place in a warm place to riase for 20-25 minutes.
Place in a pre heated oven on 180 degress for 45-60 minutes depending on your oven.
When cooked through, remove and place on cooling rack for 5 minutes in tin. Remove from tin and allow to cool.
Best served warm from oven with honey or butter.

Tip
Dough might be runner than normal bread dough.
Cooking time may vary and when checked, the knife may still come out a little doughy.
