Ingredients

bread

  • 10 g dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 510 g Strong white bread flour
  • 30 g garlic flavoured oil
  • 310 g warm water

garlic butter

  • 4 g garlic cloves
  • 15 g chopped parsley
  • 60 g parmesan
  • 60 g Butter

Recipe's preparation

    instructions
  1. Bread

    1. add all ingredients to bowl

    2. mix at speed 5 for 10 seconds

    3. knead for 90 seconds using dough setting

    4.oil a glass bowl and place the dough inside. cover with a damp cloth/tea towel and set aside to rise, approx an hour.

    Butter

    1. add garlic, parsley and cheese to the bowl. mix on spped 5 for 8-10 seconds

    2. add butter and metl 50 degrees speed 1/2

    3. pour a third of the melted butter mix into an oven proof dish

    4. take dough and split into 8010 balls. put them in the oven dish.

    5. drizzel over remaining butter

    6. cook in oven 180 degrees. put in the oven when cold. 

    7. bake for 20-30 mins until golden brown

    8. remove from dish and serve hot
