Dough
- 250 g Milk
- 1 egg
- 1 sachet Yeast
- 100 g Butter, soft and in pieces
- 50 g sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 500 g flour
- 100 g oats, soft
- 18 piece chocolate, with a filling and any of your choice
- condensed milk

1. place the milk, egg, yeast, butter, sugar and salt into the TM bowl and warm it up for 2 mins on 37deg.
2. add the flour and oats, and knead it for 2 mins on intervall.
3. form 18 balls out of the dough and fill with 1 piece of chocolate.
4. put the breadrolls on a baking paper lined tray or the thermomatt and let them rise for 30mins.
5. spread the condensed milk over the rolls and bake them for 20mins or until a golden yellow/brown.
Method
Tip
these bradrolls are easy to freeze. if you take them out of the freezer in the morning they will be defrosted by morning tea or lunch time.
