Ingredients

Dough

  • 300 grams lukewarm water
  • 1 heaped tablespoons yeast dry
  • 1 heaped tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 heaped teaspoon salt
  • 475 grams bakers flour
  • 20 grams extra virgin olive oil

Pizza filling

  • 3 sticks shallots
  • 1 medium brown onion
  • 10 pieces Shaved Hungarian salami
  • 4 button mushroom
  • 2 Small handfulls greated motzarella
  • 4 heaped tablespoons Leggos pizza sauce

Recipe's preparation

    Pizza dough
  1. pre heat oven to 180 degrees add water ,yeast, flour,oil,salt,sugar and milk to bowl in this order blend 10 sec speed 4 until combine the kneed 2 mins speed 2 

    remove from bowl onto lightly floured bench seperate into 6  even portions roll into balls then roll out into 1 cm thick and about 20 cm round flat circles and let rest whilst preping filling 

     

     

  2. Pizza filling 

    add all filling ingredients to bowl chop 6 secs speed 4 then saute 2 mins 30 secs veroma speed 2 Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"

     

  3. spead  tablespoon of pizza sauce over dough and add a mound of sauted ingredients to middle of dough with a sprinkling of motzarella on top of ingredients and an extra dolop of pizza sauce 

  4. now pull sides of dough up around all ingredients to creat a little money bag pinch off extra dough so now you have a ball of dough filled with yumminess place pinched side down on a lightly oiled tray and bake until lightly golden brown anout 10 to 15 mins

Add any pizza topping ingredients you like eg :- pinapple ham chicken basil tomatos the list is endless
