Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Preheat Oven 180 degrees fan forced.

    2. Add the Water, Yeast, Flour, Salt and Olive oil in this order to your thermobowl. Combine for 20 seconds on speed 3.

    3. Activate dough function and knead for 6 minutes.

    4. Place your dough in an oiled bowl and cover with a clean teatowel or onto your thermomat and roll up.

    5. Leave dough to rest for 15 minutes.

    6. Place your dough onto a lightly floured bench or leave on your thermomat and knead well to expel any air that may have formed.

7.Divide your dough into 16 portions and shape into an oval shape. Leave them to sit covered with a teatowel for 15 minutes in a warm place to rise slightly.

    8. Make a well into the rolls and place a teaspoon of tomato sauce or BBQ sauce to your own taste. Place a cocktail frankfurt on top of the sauce and sprinkle some of the grated cheese over the top.

    9. Place into the pre warmed oven and bake for 20 minutes.

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
