I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
put flour/salt/ yeast and mix 5 secs speed 5
add butter and mix 10secs speed 5
add water and mix 3 secs speed 5
then mix 5mins/interval speed
Its a soft sticky dough so once you drop into tin you will have to use spatula to get rest out bit messy but worth it turbo once to make this easier
grease your bread tin with butter and drop the dough straigh into tin and push it into corners and dust with a little flour cover with damp cloth and leave to rise till its at top of tin approx 45mins
now bake in pre heated oven 200 for 40-45mins it should sound hollow when tapped you can remove from tin and leave a ltiilte longer in onve loaf has lovely crust great for toast or open sandwich very filling and yummy

Tip
the loaf recipe was adapted from british book baking,The loaf is called a grant loaf named after doris grant who first published the recipe in my daily bread in 1944.the bread is mixed rather than kneaded in original recipe but it was a fantastic loaf with thermomix quick easy as you just mix and put straight nto tin.works with spelt flour too according to recipe so ill try that next time.

Have tried a few wholemeal recipes and so far this one is the best. More soft and fluffy then the others for far. I think this one will become a regular.
This is a nice easy loaf to make and is wholesome and full of flavour. Mine took about one and half hours to rise.
Awesome easy recipe and it tasted delicious! Thanks for sharing
