Chocolate
- 60 g coconut oil
- 20 g Agave
- 30 g raw cacao powder

Place cocont oil and agave in jug and mix for 10 seconds / speed 2.
Scrape bowl and repeat mixing two more times.
Add cacao powder and blend to combine for 10 seconds / speed 6-7. Repeat 4 or 5 more times, scraping bowl between mixes, until you have a smooth, creamy consistency.
Spoon into moulds and refrigerate until set.
Making Chocolate
Tip
Place flavourings into the bottom of each mould - sea salt, coconut, essences, dried fruit, nuts etc.
At room temperature, chocolate will soften, Keep refrigerated.
