Ingredients
Protein Balls: 100 calories per ball
- 10 pitted dates, Soaked in boiling water
- 200 grams raw almonds
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons Black Chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons unhulled tahini
- 1 tablespoon Raw Honey
- dessicated coconut, ror rolling balls

In a separate bowl, cover dates in boiling water, set aside.
Place almonds in TM bowl, mill 8 secs/speed 9.
Add cacao, chia, tahini, and honey. Drain water off dates and add to Tm bowl also, blend 5 secs/speed 7.
Roll into 12 even sized balls and roll in coconut to coat.
Protein balls are approximately 120-150 calories per serving. To be eaten as a "snack" and great for kids lunchboxes!!
Tip
Add another tablespoon for a greater chocolate flavour
You can replace Cacao with Cocoa
You can replace honey with maple syrup or rice malt syrup
High in protein, good fats and fibre
