Tip
My dear Mum Heidi made these a lot when we were children as a Sunday morning treat...
These are delicious served warm or cold...and can easily be frozen.
As well as the extras such as butter and cinamon sugar..a dollop of yogurt on the side is delicious also.

Yum!
Have lots of apples from my Dad's tree, was looking for some new ideas to use them up. These are so simple and very yummy (especially with maple syrup and some cream!).
These are divine! Both my husband and toddler loved them. Easy and delicious Thanks for sharing
These are DELICIOUS!! My toddler and whole family loves them. Next time I'll try adding a half of a very ripe banana (maybe instead of the sugar?) Thank you for recipe!
Fantasy recipe, thank you. My 13mo loves them as well 😊
The pancakes were tasty and used up apples that had been hanging around. I didn't add the sliced apples. Very healthy with minimal sugar. Thanks
sooooo good.
I exchanged the Sugar for 3 Dates- perfect! Thank you
Come up great using Gluten Free flour - i don't do the apple slices as we freeze to reheat for quick breakfasts.
Thanks to your Mum for a great recipe!
These were quick and easy to make and just delicious drizzled with a little maple syrup. Refreshing that they have very little sugar in them - so you can add the maple syrup and they are not too sweet.
Interesting way to use up apples. Nice impromptu afternoon tea if you have unexpected guests.
I halved the recipe and it worked well.
Apple cinnamon pancakes are a hit with my 11 month old, I enjoy too. Thanks.
Yum! I'll be making these pancakes again...................delicious
