Baklava spread
- 50 grams pistachios
- 50 grams almonds
- 200 grams walnuts
- 40 grams honey
- 40 grams water
- 25 grams lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pour pistachio nuts, almonds and 50g of walnuts into TM bowl. Chop for 2 seconds on speed 5. Remove from bowl and set aside.
Add honey, water, lemon juice and spices to bowl. Heat for 2 minutes at 70°C on speed 1.
Add the remaining walnuts and chop for 30 seconds on speed 5. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat until a soft paste forms or desired texture is achieved.
Add chopped nuts and stir for 10 seconds, reverse on speed 3 to combine all ingredients.
Serve at room temperature on warm toasted ciabatta or bread or your choice or store in sterilised jars in the fridge until required.
