Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Mill the hazelnuts, set aside.

    2. Put the butterfy on the blades.

    3. Place the butter into the bowl and start to mix it on speed 3.

    4. Slowly add the sugar and salt and then one egg, wait 5sec, until you add the second egg, all through the hole in the lid. Mix all for another 2mins.

    5. Mix the flour and the hazelnuts very well in a differrent bowl and add spoon by spoon through the hole in the lid as long as the speed is still going. Do the same with the milk.

    6. Heat up the waffle maker in closed position, then grese both parts. Put 2tbsp of the dough in the center of the maker, close lid and let the dough bake until golden brown within 4-5 mins.

    7. Take the waffles straight away out of the maker and put them onto a plate and seperate them into parts.

If you want the waffles even more crunchy then make the dough in a different way:

    8. Mill the hazelnuts set aside. Clean the bowl and the butterfly.

    9. Seperate the eggs and whip the eggwhite with 1/3 of the sugar, ntil it is really stiff, set aside.

    10. Follow the recipe above and add the whipped egg white at last very carefully.

Tip

If you want the waffles even more crunchy then make the dough in a different way.

Also if you want to use this recipe as a dessert you can serve the waffles still warn with fruit salad, egg liquire or just with some icing sugar. They are aslo very nice with a cup of coffee, Expresso or Capuccino.

This is my favourite waffle recipe! The milled hazelnuts adds so much flavour, can eat it without butter or any topping. Thank you.
