Delicious. Added 30g of dessicated coconut at step 1 and also used almond milk instead of full cream to make df.

Very tasty.  My daughter loves it but I'm not sure if I did something wrong because it is very very thick. But it is delicious.

I think this recipe needs a touch more sugar. I added a large tin of coconut cream as others had suggested and topped it up with cows milk. I also added the desicated coconut but wish I hadn't as I didn't enjoy the grainy texture.

This is delicious! I mixed some of the suggestions mentioned - adding 30g of dessicated coconut and 65g dark chocolate at step one and using whole 270g can of coconut cream, then topping up with dairy milk to 500mL. Loved it tmrc_emoticons.)

Had some coconut cream to use up and found this easy recipe. I cut the sugar down to 40g but think I'll try the 50g next time tmrc_emoticons.) Also added a little dessicated coconut. Yum tmrc_emoticons.)

OMG Ive made so many custards for my kids and this one is the hands down winner!!!!  The perfect amount of chocolate & sugar!!

I did make a two small changes,   I added 30g of decicated coconut in step 1,  I also had a 270ml can of coconut cream and didnt want to waste/store the left over so I added the total liquid content up as 500ml,  put that whole can in and topped up with milk to 500ml.

The finish was a true Bounty Custard which had the finest tiny coconut bits that added the nicest texture.
