I have been looking at cacao balls for a while and haven't been successful - until I found this recipe. I replaced the pumpkin seeds with Brazil nuts and almond and added Rice Malt syrup instead of honey - delicious! Even fooled the kids as they think they're chocolate balls....

I didn't put the full amount of honey because of comments from others. However I found that the cocoa was a little strong. Next time I'll use the whole amount of honey.

Love it, added coconut as I didn't have coconut oil. Also didn't add honey and it was sweet enough.

My kids loved these. I used 2 Tbl spoons of raw sugar instead of honey and also substituted the coconut oil with butter.

These are just some notes for myself as I hate using tablespoon measurements. 30g coconut oil & 50g honey.
