- 50 gram dried cranberry
- 40 gram orange juice
- 20 gram shred coconut, for coating
- 30 gram cacao powder

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- 1- mixed the almond 20 sec speed 9 (to meal)
2-add the pitted dates and cranberries mixed 20 sec speed 9
3- add all remind ingredients and mixed 20 sec sped 7
4- form small balls with the paste and roll into the shred coconut
5- leave in fridge for about 10 min before serve
Tip
you can change the almond for an hazelnut or any other nuts you like,
As well you can use any other dried fruits
If you don't like coating with coconuts you can use pistachio shered or any other nuts
you can keep them up to a week in container in fridge
