Very nice fudge
Made this for work lunch and it was a hit! Everyone loved it!!
and it makes the most amazing tasting choc milk with the stuff stuck in the thermie!
Just made this fudge. looking forward to taste testing added 12 mini candycanes so hopefully enough in there. Think next time i will use a smaller tray as my fudge is not very high. newbie so will have to test things out found the recipe easy
great recipe I poured over marshmallows for fudge rocky road..
Delicious!
I've never really been one for fudge but thought i would give this try as i had left over candy canes. The recipe doesn't say how many candy canes to add so i put in half a dozen but am finding im not tastign them that much so i think i would add mroe next time. Also i didn't have quite enough dark but extra milk chocolate so i put that in instead, which i think was good because i've never been for dark chocolate. But all in all i liked this recipe, i think it would make a good treat any time of the year.

Yum! receipe matches another which I have thats a favourite but without the candy. Works just as well with silvered almonds, or peppermint essence, or Baileys. Only need small amounts if using either of the last two ingredients though, otherwise it will go very runny.
So delicious - made this fudge at xmas time - everyone loved it!
