Base

  • 90 grams Butter
  • 1 package Kingston Biscuits

Topping

  • 100 grams sugar
  • 200 grams Caramello chocolate
  • 500 grams cream cheese
  • 10 grams vanilla extract
  • 100 grams dark chocolate

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put butter in the Thermomix bowl and blend for 3 minutes on 60 dgrees on speed 3.

    Add the biscuits and blend on speed 5 for 20 seconds.

    Pour into the base of a lined slice tin and spread evenly. Refrigerate.

    Wash and dry the Thermomix bowl.

    Add sugar to the bowl and blend for 10 seconds on speed 9.

    Add the Caramello and blend for 10 seconds on speed 5.

    Add the cream cheese and vanilla and blend on speed 7 for 30 seconds.

    Pour onto cold base and refrigerate.

    Wash and dry the Thermomix bowl well.

    Add the dark chocolate and blend on speed 4 for 3 minutes on 60 degrees. Scape down the sides and blend/melt for 1 minute on 60 degrees on speed 4.

    Drizzle the chocolate over the topping and refrigerate for 40 minutes. Cut into approximately 28 pieces.

Tip

It is easier if the cream cheese is at room temperature.
