I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Toast Coconut in the Oven on 160' degrees for approx 5 mins til brow, giving the tray a shake in this time to spread it out.
2. Place chocolate in the bowl and grate to desired size (I did 4-5 seconds sp 6)
Set both aside
Then....
1. Place sugar in the bowl and mill 10 seconds speed 9.
2. Add Cherries, Strawberries, Cocoa powder and frozen Coconut milk. Chop 20-30 seconds speed 8. (You may need to stop and scrape down the side of the bowl) You want the blades to throw the fruit to the side of the bowl so you can fit the butterfly in.
3. Insert Butterfly, add egg white. Whip for minimum 1 min 30 seconds- up to 2 mins on SPEED 4. (no faster)
Once light n fluffy , serve into bowls and top with coconut and chocolate.
Enjoy
