Recipe's preparation

    Step 1
  1. Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl and set the time for 7 minutes, 90 degrees, speed 4.

Serve with fruit ie blueberries/strawberries or just as is.

Can be eaten hot or cold

Tip

Sugar can be changed to rapadura or coconut sugar for a more caramel taste.

You can make your own coconut milk to use.

Adjust to cornflour or another flour of choice if need to .

Also can be made with rice milk, almond milk if tolerated, lactose free milk. Any milk that your body can tolerate.

Coconut cream can be used, dilute 400gr can with 100gr of water, makes for a creamy custard.

Also can add 100gr of water to a 400gr can of coconut milk and taste is great too.

Play around with the flavours- ie add one whole banana for banana custard.

20-30gr cacao powder for chocolate

Milled and dried zest of a lemon or 50gr of lemon juice for a lemon/coconut.
