Custard
- 1 small red chilli, (Birds eye chilli)
- 700 g milk (any kind)
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g plain flour, (or corn flour)
- 50 g cocoa powder, (or 200g grated chocolate)
- 2 large fresh eggs

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
slice open chilli and remove seeds & stalk.
put chilli into TM bowl and 'sweat' it (cook) for 2mins on 100deg C on speed 1. (PS it may be necessary to open windows and doors during this time as the chilli vapour can be very strong and make you cough a lot)
add sugar, flour & cocoa power and mill for 20sec speed 10
add milk & eggs and cook for 9mins on reverse, 100deg C at Speed 4.
Serve. I like it cold the next day
Tip
If grating chocolate....I think DARK chocolate is better with chilli.
