- 70 grams raw cashews
- 15 piece pitted dates, Whole
- 30 grams dessicated coconut
- 17 grams coconut oil
- 15 grams cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 20 gram water
- 1 scoop Protein Powder, I use chocolate whey protein
- --- dessicated coconut, Extra for coating balls (optional)

- Add all ingredients to mixing bowl except protein powder then mix 10 seconds/speed 8
- Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula, add protein powder and mix for a further 6 seconds/speed 5
- Roll into balls and cover with extra coconut, store in fridge for up to 1 week.

The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
