    2.  Place butter in TM bowl and melt on 60 degrees, speed 2 for 2 minutes.

    3.  Add Oreos and blend on sports 8 for 8 seconds.

    4.  Spread firmly over the base of the pan & refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.

  2. Peanut butter layer (middle)
  3. 1.  Place peanut butter, icing sugar, butter & milk on TM bowl & beat on speed 8-9 until mixture turns crumbly. You will need to scrape down the sides every now and then.

    2.  Press firmly over the biscuit base and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

  4. Chocolate top layer
  5. 1.  Place chocolate into TM bowl and grate on speed 8 for 5 seconds.

    2.  Add the vegetable oil then melt at 50 degrees, speed 3 for 2 minutes.

    3.  Spread over peanut butter mixture and press pretzels in lightly on top.

    4.  Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set.

    5.  Cut into pieces using the pretzels as a guide.

Tip

Score the top of the chocolate layer & wait for it to thaw a bit before slicing otherwise you risk the chocolate cracking all over the place.

Hi Yvette, I made your peanut butter/pretzel slice the other day for a dinner party. Was a huge hit and I came home with an empty plate  Big Smile I did however change your receipe only because I didn't have all of the ingredients, so when I get the chance I will clone it so you can check it out.
