  • 60-80 g chocolate
  • 30 g cocoa
  • 140 g rice, bubbles
  • 80 g coconut - desiccated or shredded
  • 100's & 1000's (optional)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill for 10 sec / speed 9.

    Transfer to a bowl and set aside

    Place copha and chocolate into mixing bowl and grate for 5-10 sec / speed 8

    Melt for 4 mins / 90 degrees / speed 3 or until smooth liquid consistancey

    Add coconut, rice bubbles, and sugar and combine 5-10 sec / Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 3-4

    Dollap into cup cake cases and decorate with 100's & 1000's (optional)

    refridgerate until set (approx 15 mins)

Tip

If making bars, wrap in foil for school treats. freezes well
