Comments
Easy and delicious. After reading comments I used Choceur dark eating chocolate and only 30gms castor sugar.
Family loved it!
I used quality cooking choclate, 50% less fat cream, half of the milk and half of the sugar. Does not have the same consistency (i.e. lots of little pockets of air) like some of the other mouse recipes. However its consistency was firm and close enough. Very tasty too!
How many individual serves (roughly) does this make please?
Very nice and super easy.
Used castor sugar (about 35g) as per recommendations in comments. Will try using eating chocolate (or cooking longer) next time as my cooking chocolate was a little grainy.
Delicious. Thank you
Highly recommend this for a mousse recipe. Much easier than egg white recipes. I took previous comments on board, using 30g sugar (which I milled beforehand) so it wasn't gritty.
Too sugary for us.
This is so good i dont make it very often because I eat the lot, but its always my go to dessert.
WOW so Easy!! and so YUMMY!!! thank you for sharing this!
