Ingredients

Chocolate custard gummies

  • 70 g dark chocolate
  • 500 g Milk
  • 60 g Maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder, raw
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp collagen, optional
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 250 g water
  • 4 tbsp gelatin, choose a good quality

Recipe's preparation

    Creamy custard gummies
  1. Place dark chocolate into bowl, mill for 10 seconds at speed 10.
  2. Add in milk, maple syrup, cacao powder, egg yolks, salt and collagen and use Thickening"Thickening" at 80°C
  3. While thermomix is thickening custard, place water into bowl and sprinkle gelatin into water. Set aside.
  4. Once thicken mode has finished, place gelatin/water mixture into custard. Blend 20 seconds at speed 5.
  5. Poor custard into moulds and set in fridge for 3-4 hours or over night. Store in an airtight jar for up to 4 days.
