- 35 grams organic tapioca flour
- 1 --- banana
- 95 grams water
- 500 grams coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste

Place tapioca flour into TM bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 10.
Add banana & chop 3 sec/speed 7 or until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and cook 6 mins/90c/speed 4.
** if you can have eggs add 2 and subtract 10g less of tapioca flour.
