Oh my! So easy to make. I upped the Coffee to 20g and added some Kahula too. My Daughter says it tastes just like shop-bought ice cream (so I think that's a winner). Will be my go-to recipe (thank you).

Yum! This was delicious and so simple. I doubled the coffee (I like it strong) and used a mix of pure cream and double cream as that's what I had in the fridge. It was perfect, thanks so much for sharing

Hi tonnik - I'm really disappointed this didn't work for you!  A year ago!!!  (Apologies, I haven't made it for ages).  I have not made half, and I always use pure cream.  BION some pure cream is purer than other pure cream - check the ingredient list tmrc_emoticons.D I note I said to not over mix, so I'm thinking that may be why - it separates when mixed too much?  I have borrowed the concept from Nigella Lawson,  Please do try it again, as it is sooooo good! well this turned out terrible, it separated, was I supposed to use the butterfly to mix it properly, mor thickened cream rather than pure cream, what a waste of expensive cream!

I halved the ingredients but still followed the mixing speed and time as per instructions, it didn't turn out at all, I'm very disappointed, do you have a suggestion as to what I may have done wrong, it was very lumpy and separated. Thanks for any advice.

This was fantastic and SO EASY. A true ice cream shop consistency and flavour. I can't wait to make another flavour with some yummy bits of chocolate inside. Thank you for sharing!
