- 70 g vegetable oil
- 20 g honey
- 4 eggs
- 320 g full cream milk
Dry ingredients
- 90 g cornmeal (polenta)
- 240 g plain flour
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt

1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees and line 23x33cm oven dish with baking paper.
2. Melt butter in bowl 2 minutes/ 90 degrees/
3. Add remaining wet ingredients and mix 10 seconds/ speed 4.
4. Add all dry ingredients and mix 6 seconds/ speed 6.
5. Pour batter into dish and bake for 45 minutes.
6. Serve warm with chilli butter or honey.
Tip
Great for kids lunchboxes - a real tummy-filler!
