Melt remaining 70g of dark chocolate 2mins/50deg/sp2. Put chocolate into disposable piping bag and snip off the end.
On a sheet of baking paper pipe 12 pairs of antlers. Set aside for 30mins or until firm.
Use the melted chocolate to secure 2 small pieces of pretzel to the underside of each log for little legs.
Use more chocolate to adhere a ball to each log to create a body and a head.
Use a small dot of chocolate to secure a red m&m on the front of the head for a nose. Repeat for the eyes.
Pipe a small amount of chocolate on the top of each head and adhere 2 antlers. Hold each antler in place until chocolate has set enough to hold each antler.
