The only change I made to the recipe was that I used a bit over a teaspoon of egg rather than a full egg. It was still too eggy and way too sweet! I couldn't get through it.
A favourite in our house!
Perfect single serve for Miss 4, easy to adapt too with different flavours.
Yum. I just used white sugar and its delish. Perfect portion control for me 😂
I substituted with coconut sugar and my custard was dark brown! Was also overly sweet. Will try again using Rapadura sugar. Perfect quantity for one person to pour over fruit but if you want a decent size bowlful you may need to double and make it "custard for two" instead!
Great taste and perfect amount for one! Thank you!
Delicious and just like the EDC recipe but enough for just one... well nearly enough... I could have eaten a second helping!
This was just superb! I often want something just light and simple (and just for me) and this is going to be my new 'go to'.

Used coconut sugar, almond milk and taste yum, hopefully there will be some left for bubs
This was easy and quick but too eggy for me.
Love this recipe! So quick and easy and no waste. tonight I added cocao powder instead of vanilla essence
