My thermo was full to nearly the brim, mixed but not well, so I halved mixture and it worked really well! Yummy, will make again, maybe as a slice (great idea) thanks!

Excellent date and nut balls. To save time, the mixture was firmly pressed into a slice tray and then refrigerated for 5 hours, before being sliced into small squares. Will make again.

I used 300g raw nuts: 75g each raw almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews and walnuts. I also used 90g shredded coconut mixed into the mix... (Not to roll balls in) I made 60 balls and dipped bottom half of each into 200 g Aldi organic dark choc... melted in TM at 32* for 5 min after pulsing to grate first.... I placed each choc dipped ball into a patty paper and spooned chock over each once rolled and dipped Cooking 7
