Ingredients
Cupcakes
- 420 g Oreo Cookies with Cream
- 60 g Butter
- 250 g vanilla ice-cream, (I use Cookies & Cream)
- 1 can whipped cream, (in a can, fresh cream won't work as well)
- Toasted Nuts, Optional
- Hot Fudge Sauce
Hot Fudge Sauce
- 1 can condensed milk
- 250 g Butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 200 g milk chocolate chips

1. Add all ingredients to TM Bowl and mix "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" 100deg10 mins, or until butter has melted.
2. Add to a zip lock bag and place in fridge for 10mins to cool.
3. When ready to use, snip corner off bag and pipe over cupcakes.
1. Add Oreo's to TM Bowl and Turbo for 2 sec or until resembling mushy mud!
2. Add butter to crushed Oreo's and mix"Counter-clockwise operation" 100deg 10 sec or until melted and mixed through.
3. Reserve approx. 1 cup of Oreo Mix. Press remaining crumbs in patty cases (in a muffin tray).
4. Let Ice Cream become soft (it's easier to work with), add a generous spoonful to top of the Oreo's and spread onto crumbs. Top with some reserved crumbs.
5. Drizzle with Hot Fudge Sauce and sprinkle toasted nuts (if using).
6. Spread whipped cream over the mix and drizzle with more Hot Fudge sauce.
7. Place in freezer until ready to eat!
