- 400 grams Chocolate Melts or Buttons
- 395 grams Tin condensed Milk
- 50 grams shelled pistachios
- 150 grams Cherry Ripe bars (or 2 large bars)

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Line an 18 x 18cm tray with baking paper.
- Chop Cherry Ripe bars by hand into 1/2 cm chunks or chop on Speed 4 for 4 seconds. Set aside
- Add chocolate melts to bowl, chop for 10 seconds on Speed 8. Melt for 5 mins at 50 degrees on Speed 3.
- Add condensed milk. Mix for 1 minute at 50 degrees on Speed 4, or until well mixed.
- Add pistachios and chopped Cherry Ripes and mix for 15 seconds on Reverse, Speed 3, or until well mixed. "Counter-clockwise operation"
- Working quickly, using spatula, spoon fudge into tray and smooth the top.
- Place in the fridge and cut into small squares when set.

Tip
Shelled pistachios come in a 60gm bag. Use all of it.

Great taste and texture! Just made my second batch. I sprinkled crushed pistachios over the top before it hardened.

Hi i was hoping to make this in advance for xmas, is it suitable to freeze? if not how long does it keep for?
Really yummy. I made it with a mix of the three types of chocolate, basically because that was all I had to make up the total.
the cherry ripe and pistachios makes it. A great gift idea.
I made these for gifts and they where so so so yummy. I found they need to be kept in the fridge or they came to soft.
Im not usually a fan of fudge but this is awesome.... I used 200g milk choc and 200g dark choc yum
