Ingredients
Quick n Easy Vanilla Slice
- 2 packages Cottees Instant vanilla pudding
- 600 grams Whipping/Pure cream
- 300 grams Milk
- 1 package Sweet square Biscuits, or 2 x Packs of Sao biscuits
Icing
- 350 grams white sugar
- 1 egg white
- 5 teaspoons passionfruit pulp
- 5-10 teaspoons extra Passionfruit Pulp

- Line large flat tray with paper
- Lay 1 pkt of biscuits on the tray, glaze side down.
- In the Tmx bowl, add cold cream, Instant Pudding mix and cold milk.
- Mix for 30 sec- 1 minute on Speed 4 until combined and thickened.
- Once thick, dollop the filling onto the biscuits, spread and smooth the top.
- Top with the remaining pack of biscuits, glaze side up.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hr
- Place sugar in mixing bowl and mill for 1 minute, Speed 10, to make icing sugar
- Add egg white and Passionfruit pulp, and mix for 10 seconds, Speed 7.
- Spread icing over slice and drizzle with extra passionfruit, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Biscuits will soften after 2 days in the fridge, especially if using sweet biscuits

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
