I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Break up chocolate and place in jug. Chop 3 sec Speed 8 set aside
Add remaining ingredients to jug and Cook 8 mins, 80c, Speed 4.
Pour the mixture into a stainless steel bowl through a sieve to catch the mint leaves, and press the leaves with a fork or spoon to get out as much juice/flavour as possible. Place bowl into freezer for 3-4 hours or until firm but not frozen.
Remove icecream from freezer, cut into medium size pieces and place back into TM bowl. Mix for 20 secs speed 9, then 10 secs speed 4. Poruring the choc bits through top of lid while its mixing. (use the spatula to help incoperate the choc bits.\
Return to freezer.
Tip
Two handfuls of mint leaves does create quite a strong mint flavour, if wanting a more milder flavour reduce to one handful.
Milk Chocolate can also be used in place of the Dark Chocolate.
Green food colouring can also be added during the last stage to create a green 'mint' looking colour

i loved this. Choc peppermint is my fav icecream, and i love that i can now make it at home and not have to pay a lot. I didn't have any mint leaves so i added three drops of peppermint essence, which was just enough for me tastes. I will most definately be making this again.
