Delicious! Have made these twice and they’re enjoyed by all ages. I found 4 drops of peppermint oil is perfect.
Yummo! We did use almonds instead of walnuts which required blending for longer, but can’t stop eating them!
Yum!
Made these twice now - just leave them in the freezer for school lunch treat (otherwise they all go) THANKS
Next time I'm going to try with some homemade chocolate, will see how that goes!
Just made this in an effort to find a healthier version of mint slice biscuits. OMG delicious....and I don't feel so guilty about eating them!! Thanks for the recipe, this is now a fave!
