Mix all ingredients in TM bowl for 5 seconds until combined.
Cook in batches in a frypan with some coconut oil until lightly browned on both sides.
Serve with fresh fruit and coconut yoghurt or topping of your choice.

Hi there, I use a non stick frypan and they come out perfect. I got rid of my stainless steel frypan years ago after everything used to get stuck and would burn!!
Hi, is a nonstick frypan needed to avoid sticking? I followed the recipe to the letter and the pancakes are sticking to my stainless steel frypan then falling apart when I try to flip them. ive added loads of oil. It seems such a lovely recipe so I'm really disappointed that the chickens and not us are eating the pancakes!!!
