Ingredients

No bake Malteser cheesecake with caramilk swirl

  • 250 g Choc Ripple Biscuits
  • 80 g Butter
  • 2 1/2 tsp Gelatine powder
  • 35 g Boiling water
  • 250 g cream cheese, Room temperature
  • 300 g thickened cream
  • 350 g condensed milk
  • 150 g Maltesers
  • 225 g Caramilk Chocolate, Or other block depending on what you want
  • 20 g coconut oil
  • 100 g Maltesers, For decoration (crushed slightly or whole)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place 150g Maltesers into TM bowl 2 sec/ speed 7, set aside clean and dry bowl.
  2. Line a 23cm springform tin with baking paper.
  3. Mix gelatine powder and water in a cup, stir until dissolved and let soak for approximately 10 mins
  4. Melt butter 2 mins/ 100 deg/ speed 1.
  5. Add biscuits to butter in TM bowl and chop 10 sec/ speed 10. Scrape down the sides of bowl and repeat 5 sec/ speed 10.
  6. Press into base of tin and place in fridge. Continue to next step no need to wash the bowl.
  7. Place cream cheese, condensed milk, and thickened cream into TM bowl and mix 10 sec/ speed 5. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat.
  8. Add gelatine mixture and mix 10 sec/ speed 4.
  9. Add reserved Maltesers and mix 5 sec/ speed 4 Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" reverse.
  10. Poor mixture onto base. Then wash and dry bowl.
  11. Place caramilk chocolate and coconut oil into TM bowl and grate 10 sec/ speed 9. Scrape down sides and melt 3 mins/ 50 degrees/ speed 1. Scrape down sides and melt for a further 1 min/ 50 degrees/speed 1.
  12. Poor chocolate over cream cheese mixture and use a metal skewer to swirl through.
  13. Decorate with remaining Maltesers (to your liking)
  14. Refrigerate until set.
