These are fantastic!  I've made the recipe twice now.  I have small mini muffin silicon trays that I put in 2 teaspoons (10g) in to each, so it makes 48 chocolates.

In one lot of 12, I put in 1/2 tsp of Coconut and sprinkle some Coconut Flakes on top (like a coconut rough).

In another lot of 12, I put in crushed Pistachios.

In another lot, I put in broken up pieces of Dried Banana Chips (YUM!  My favourite)!

In another lot, I messed around with chunks of Sea Salt (I haven't yet worked out the correct ratio to make this one work though, but once I do, it will be great!)

I'd like to try for my next batch the suggestion of some nut butter in the centre.  They will be yum, I'm sure. A friend suggested adding Orange Essence and Orange Rind.  I'd also like to try with Peppermint Essence.

Such a great recipe with so many options available to it!
