Scrumptious Cheesecake
- 125 grams Nice biscuits
- 50 grams Butter
- 1 can Condensed milk.
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 80 grams lemon juice
- 300 grams pure cream
- Garnish of strawberries,kiwi fruit, passionfruit or mixed berries

Place biscuits into TM bowl and chop for 10 seconds on speed
6.
Add butter to TM bowl and mix for 3 minutes at 80°C on speed
2, or until butter is melted.
Pour into cheesecake spring load tin with the spatula and press
mixture down using the MC cup to make an even flat base.
Place condensed milk, cream cheese and lemon juice into clean
TM bowl and mix for 30 seconds on speed 4, increasing
gradually to speed 6.
Pour into cheesecake tin on top of biscuit base and refrigerate
for 24 hours.
Prior to serving, whip cream in TM bowl. Insert butterfly and
beat on speed 3-4 until desired consistency is achieved.
Garnish and serve.
