Ingredients

Custard

  • caster sugar, Half cup
  • vanilla custard powder, Quarter cup
  • Milk, 11/4 cups
  • 1 level tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 250 grams block of cream cheese, Softened
  • 125 grams white chocolate melts, Melted and cooled slightly
  • 2 passionfruit pulp

Recipe's preparation

    Custard
  1. Place sugar custard powder milk and vanilla paste in TM bowl. Heat to 90 degrees on speed 3-4  until thick. Cover with a piece of cling wrap as close to surface as you can  and allow to cool.add softened cubes of cheese and melted chocolate. Beat all together on speed 4-5 until all combined and smooth. Fold thru Passionfruit pulp Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" . Chill for 30 minutes.

Tip

Goes well with a Pre baked sweet pastry shell case or make individual sized shells. Try the recipe for pâté sucree pastry base which Is a cross between a pastry and biscuit crust.( posted earlier) serve with extra fresh fruit Or slices of kiwi fruit over top and a dollop of double cream.
